Each Justice Treehouse art doll is handmade with care and is truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of these pieces, all sales are considered final. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
If your doll arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
I want you to love your Justice Treehouse creation. While returns are generally not accepted, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to find a fair solution.
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error (wrong item, damage in transit).
Summary: All dolls are final sale, but if there’s a problem, I’ll always do my best to make it right.
